Who is Tenurelink for?
Landlords subscribe and run their properties from it. Tenants join free with their tenancy and get documents, messages and local services in one portal. Trades create a free profile and receive local work matched to their trade and radius.
Can I rely on Tenurelink for compliance?
Tenurelink's compliance information is based on UK government guidance for England, current as of July 2026. It's built to help you track your obligations and act on them in time. For critical compliance decisions, consult a qualified letting agent, solicitor or the local authority.
What compliance does Tenurelink cover?
Tenurelink is designed for England only. Scotland and Wales have different compliance regimes. The built-in compliance calendar tracks gas safety (annual), EICR (5-yearly), EPC (10-yearly), smoke/CO alarms, deposit protection, Right-to-Rent checks, Section 13 rent-rise workflows, and PRS Database readiness.
Is this legal advice?
No. Tenurelink provides reminders and checklists based on England's rental law, but is not a substitute for legal advice. Always consult a qualified letting agent, solicitor, or local authority for specific guidance on your property or situation.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Your account includes a full data export (and deletion) from the Account page, compliance reports export as PDFs, and any conversation can be exported as a signed, verifiable record.
What if I need help?
You can reach customer services from the Messages area once you're signed in. For independent advice, contact NRLA (nrla.org.uk), Shelter (shelter.org.uk), or a qualified letting agent.
