Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Tenurelink is a trading name of Bridtek Limited (“we”, “us”), company number 07145331, registered in England and Wales at Apollo House, Hallam Way, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool, FY4 5FS. By creating an account or using the app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Tenurelink is, and what it is not

Tenurelink helps landlords track statutory compliance duties, store evidence, message contacts and find trades. It provides compliance information and record-keeping only. It is not legal advice, is not a substitute for professional or legal advice, and does not guarantee that you are compliant. You remain responsible for meeting your legal obligations and for checking the cited source guidance for your situation. Dates, rules and reminders are provided in good faith but may not reflect every change in the law or your circumstances.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the documents, photographs, property details and messages you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for not including unlawful content.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harassing content, no attempts to breach security or access other users’ data, and no use that interferes with the service’s operation.

6. Trades and third parties

Where the app helps you contact trades, we make an introduction only. We are not a party to any arrangement you make with them, do not vet or endorse them, and are not responsible for their work.

7. Fees

Tenurelink is currently offered during a free early-access period. If we introduce paid plans we will give notice and set out the terms before any charge applies. There are no in-app purchases in the current app.

8. Availability and no warranty

We aim to keep the service available and accurate but provide it “as is” without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will keep you compliant.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for losses arising from your reliance on the service as legal advice or as a guarantee of compliance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time via the account-deletion page. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
